KING OF PRUSSIA, PA– Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA, announced today that it has signed long-term leases for 20,250 square feet of flex space to two new tenants, Peloton Interactive Inc. and Ultimate Home Services, LLC. Each will occupy 10,125 SF at the property.  421 Feheley Drive, which is located in the Gulph Mills Industrial Park, is a 50,500 square foot, multi-tenant flex building consisting of five rental units. Following the leases with Peloton Interactive, Inc. and Ultimate Home Services, LLC., the property at 421 Feheley Drive is now fully leased.

This location will serve as a regional distribution hub for Peloton Interactive, Inc, a pioneer in home fitness and digital fitness solutions. Since their founding in 2012, Peloton has brought together top talent to create a world class indoors cycling studio experience that can be enjoyed using their at-home fitness equipment.

Ultimate Home Services is a full-service flooring installation company with 18 office and warehouse locations in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

GLASSBORO, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA, announced today that it has recently signed a new long-term multi-year lease for 73,126 square feet of industrial and office space with May Cabinets, Inc., at its Route 55 Industrial Center located at 70 Sewell Street, Glassboro, New Jersey. The Route 55 Industrial Center is a 371,326 square foot multi-tenant light industrial complex consisting of twelve prime low cost manufacturing and distribution rental units. Following the lease with May Cabinets, Inc., Industrial Investments has only 2,911 square feet remaining for lease at the property.

This location will serve as the new manufacturing, distribution center and office headquarters for May Cabinets, Inc., who is an industry leader in custom commercial cabinetry & millwork.  Since their founding in 2005, May Cabinets has grown to be a leader in providing the highest quality custom cabinetry and millwork with an impressive client list consisting of educational facilities, hospitals, and office buildings along with government projects.
