WEST DEPTFORD, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new long term lease for 65,390 square feet of industrial space with the Delaware Valley Floral Group at its newest building located in the Forest Park Corporate Center at 1230 Forest Parkway, West Deptford, New Jersey.  An affiliate of Industrial Investments purchased the vacant 1230 Forest Parkway in early February.  1230 Forest Parkway is a 109,620 square foot light industrial/warehouse building with 26’ clear ceilings, 18 tailgate doors, ESFR sprinklers, and T-5 lighting with motion sensors.  Following the lease with Delaware Valley Floral Group, Industrial Investments has 44,230 square feet remaining for lease at the property.

This location will serve as a new warehouse and distribution center for Delaware Valley Floral Group, who is an industry leader in the wholesale flower industry.  Over the past 50 years, the Delaware Valley Floral Group has grown into one of the largest floral distribution and logistics companies in the United States.

BRISTOL, PA  – NAI Mertz, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm serving southern New Jersey and greater Philadelphia, recently negotiated the lease of the entire 120,557 square-foot industrial building located at 181 Rittenhouse Circle in Bristol, Pennsylvania.  Jeffery Licht, SIOR, senior vice president, and Adam Lashner, vice president, represented the tenant CP Flexible Packaging, LLC, in the transaction.  The building is owned by 181 Partners, LP, d.b.a Industrial Investments, Inc.  John Bown III, senior associate, and Jay Bown, president, of Industrial Investments, Inc. represented ownership in the transaction.

“This building perfectly meets the expansion needs of our client, including their manufacturing requirements for heavy power and high ceiling,” stated Lashner.  “We are pleased to have represented CP Flexible Packaging in this transaction and to bring another quality company to Bristol,” he added.

The lease represents an expansion for CP Flexible Packaging from its current locations in York, Newtown and Bensalem, Pa.  The company specializes in flexographic print technologies and lamination to create custom packaging for clients.

Located within the Bucks County Enterprise Zone, 181 Rittenhouse Circle is a 120,557-square-foot industrial building located within Keystone Industrial Park.  The building features 21’-25’ ceiling heights, 14 loading docks and one drive-in loading door.  Keystone Industrial Park is easily accessible from Interstate 95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
