Matt Bown

Matt holds a B.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from the Villanova School of Business. Prior to joining Industrial Investments in 2025, Matt spent several years in debt originations at Arbor Realty Trust in Manhattan. In his role, Matt assisted in the underwriting of several billion in multi-family and mixed-use loan products, including Agency, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity. Matt focuses on the financial and accounting aspects of our company, as well as leasing, marketing, property management and new property acquisitions. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, traveling and watching sports with family and friends.
