Glassboro, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA, announced today that it has recently signed a new long-term multi-year lease at the Route 55 Industrial Center for 65,478 square feet of industrial and office space with A&N Sales Warehouse Supply Division, Inc.

 

A&N Sales is a multi-faceted wholesale distributor of industrial products and supplies for the Mid-Atlantic region, serving Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. This location will serve as the new headquarters and distribution location for the company.

 

With the completion of this lease, the Route 55 Industrial Center now has one available 23,390 square foot unit remaining for lease. The Route 55 Industrial Center is a multi-tenant industrial facility comprising of 371,326 square feet on 37 acres, in Glassboro, New Jersey, minutes from Route 55 (Exit 48). Fully sprinklered with contiguous units of various sizes, outside storage capabilities and significant parking, the Route 55 Industrial Center is a flexible and multi-faceted facility tailored to the South Jersey warehousing and industrial needs.
