Founded in 1982, Viwinco, Inc. is a family-owned and operated Pennsylvania manufacturer specializing in custom-made vinyl windows, patio doors, and related products for residential and commercial new construction and replacement applications.

3103 Phoenixville Pike is a 37,500-square-foot industrial building featuring 18’ to 25’ clear ceiling heights, ample loading, and LED lighting. The property is conveniently located near the Pennsylvania Turnpike interchange, providing strong access throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
