KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Industrial Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of two significant lease transactions at 711 First Avenue, a 54,225-square-foot light industrial property located within the highly desirable Moore Park industrial and business campus in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Sherwin-Williams has expanded its footprint at the property by leasing an additional 14,375 square feet, bringing its total occupancy to 28,375 square feet. As part of the transaction, the company also executed a long-term lease renewal, reinforcing a relationship that has spanned more than three decades. Sherwin-Williams has been a valued tenant at 711 First Avenue since 1990.
In a separate transaction, GMP Nutraceuticals renewed its 25,850-square-foot lease under a new multi-year agreement, further demonstrating its long-term commitment to the property. GMP Nutraceuticals has been a tenant at the property since 2015.
With these transactions complete, 711 First Avenue remains 100% leased, reflecting the property’s continued appeal to established industrial users and the strength of the King of Prussia submarket.
