HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — August 2026 — Industrial Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of a long-term lease renewal with Vinzoo, LLC for 12,750 square feet at 474 Pike Road in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. The renewal, signed in August, encompasses Units B and C at the property.

Vinzoo has been a tenant at 474 Pike Road since 2021. The long-term renewal continues the relationship between Vinzoo and Industrial Investments and keeps the building at full occupancy for the foreseeable future.
