Horsham, PA — Industrial Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce the execution of a long-term lease with Techline Technologies, Inc. for 38,424 square feet at 500 Enterprise Road in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The property is located within the highly regarded Keith Valley Business Park.

Industrial Investments acquired the 67,294-square-foot light industrial/flex building in August 2025 as an office-to-industrial conversion, reinforcing the firm’s strategic focus on repositioning well-located assets to meet evolving market demand. Tenant improvements are currently underway, with delivery of the space to Techline anticipated by the end of the second quarter of this year.

The building offers flexible layouts designed to accommodate a blend of office, production, laboratory, and industrial uses.
