As part of the agreement, Oasis Wine and Spirits expanded its footprint by 11,250 square feet, bringing its total occupancy at the property to 22,500 square feet.

The newly combined space will include approximately 3,750 square feet of office, two tailgate loading doors, one drive-in door, and clear ceiling heights ranging from 18 to 25 feet, providing a flexible and efficient facility to support the company’s growing operations.

Oasis Wine and Spirits, LLC is a regional importer and distributor specializing in curated wines and premium spirits from producers around the world. The company works closely with vineyards, distilleries, and hospitality partners to source distinctive products and distribute them throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, supporting restaurants, retailers, and beverage programs with a diverse portfolio and reliable logistics.
