Industrial Investments Announces New Long-Term Lease with One House at a Time at 421 Pike Road

Huntingdon Valley, PA – Industrial Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce that One House at a Time (OHAAT) has signed a new long-term lease for 11,300 square feet at 421 Pike Road in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. The lease commenced December 1, marking a return for the tenant, who previously occupied space at the property.

The leased unit features approximately 1,000 square feet of office space, 16-foot clear ceiling heights, two tailgate loading doors, and two oversized drive-in doors, providing the flexibility and functionality required for distribution, storage, and operational efficiency.

One House at a Time (OHAAT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. Through community partnerships and volunteer efforts, OHAAT collects, warehouses, and distributes donated furniture and household items to help transform empty housing into fully furnished homes. By providing essential furnishings and home goods, the organization helps create stability and dignity for individuals rebuilding their lives.
